Continental Tanker Tech Acquires Fort Worth Tank Works, Expanding Regional Footprint
Detroit, MI — Continental Tanker Tech, Inc. (“CTTECH”), a subsidiary of PVS Chemicals, Inc., is proud to announce the successful acquisition of certain business assets of Fort Worth Tank Works, L.L.C. (“FWTW”), effective October 28, 2025.
CTTECH, a privately held, family-owned trailer repair business headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, operates seven facilities across Indiana, Alabama, Louisiana, and Texas. The addition of the Fort Worth facility marks CTTECH’s eighth location and strengthens its regional presence in the Southern United States.

The company is a certified warranty service provider for multiple manufacturers, delivering factory-level quality across its locations.
